Mohib Mamujee and his staff at Millennium Tours are an invaluable asset to the continued success of our program.  He has consistently negotiated excellent rates for airfare, lodging, and a wide variety of trip experiences.  Millennium is able to reserve competitive quotes for our upcoming trip almost a year in advance—this is extremely helpful for budgeting.  Mohib routinely solicits our feedback after every trip to assure the continued success and safety for our student experience.  When terrorist attacks occurred in London during our recent visit, Mohib was one of the first people to reach out to inquire about our safety and ask if there was anything he could do to help. His team has professionally handled a multitude of unexpected trip anomalies (student flight changes, hotel issues, site visit closures, etc.) We have looked into other providers and have found Millennium’s rates to be competitive and the customer service to be superior.

Millennium has offices directly in London and in the US. There have been many occasions where the program has benefited from having these local resources.  For example, the London team is able to do in-country scouting, taking first hand photos, and providing safety reports for hotels and proposed site visits. Their London team is available 24-hours-a-day and can assist in person if needed.  We have benefited from having these local resources on multiple occasions. We have worked with Millennium Tours since our first 4 study abroad programs and have consistently received the highest level of personalized and exemplary customer service.

Mohib, Don and I would like to thank you so much for another amazing group trip to New Zealand and Australia. And thank you so much for all the time and special arrangements that had to be made to accommodate me with the wheelchair so I could participate in all the excursions and arrangements that were made for all the beautiful hotels and transportation. We’ve had the pleasure of participating in over 6 amazing trips with you and appreciate all that you and your staff do for us. We already have booked and are so looking forward to Ireland and the Asian cruise and can’t wait until the other trips. We of course hope to be able to participate in all of them! So thank you again my friend. All your extra work, attention, and kindness are truly appreciated.

Fondly, Don and Jo

Thank you so much for all of your assistance and the kindness you’ve extended to our university and faculty-led programs!  I just wanted to touch base and apologize for the delay in payment. Our financial systems were down for the end of the fiscal year, but are now up and running and your request is in process.

We greatly appreciate your excellent customer service and wonderful energy.

We had an excellent Reformation trip.  Kudos to Millennium Tours and your local organizers.  The hotels were all fine—some very fine!—and the driver was superb—safe, informed and flexible.  His flexibility meant a lot to the success of the trip because I needed to change from Heidelberg and Speyer to Colmar and Strasbourg before arriving at Worms.  This made better sense for a Church History-Reformation tour.  The hotel staff always had excellent suggestions for evening dining.

Thanks to you for assuring the excellent quality of the trip.  I greatly appreciate the work you do to make these memorable experiences.

Our Africa trip was without question one of the best Executive MBA international trips.

For our time in Cape Town, Jani did a wonderful job with us. She fit in well with the group, and everyone enjoyed getting to know her. She was always professional and stayed on top of keeping us on time. Things went very smoothly logistically. We had very productive meetings as well. Our bus driver did a great job of taking a variety of routes so that we could see a lot of Cape Town – this was really important to me since we had so little time in the city.

I appreciate your help getting this done. I look forward to taking another EMBA group back in the future.

Mohib, thank you so much for the opportunity of a lifetime.  Don and I had the trip of our life to Kenya!  Everything was fantastic! The flights, accommodations were amazing.  The food wonderful and so much of it! The game rides and animals were majestic.  I still can’t believe we were there!  And a special thank you for all the extras you provided for us on this trip.  Everything you did to make this trip a reality will be appreciated for the rest of our life. Thank you for sharing your country, people and especially the children with us.  The trip changed us in ways I can’t yet put into words. Thank you so much!

I wanted to take a moment to write and thank you for your hard work on the MBA Global Connections study tour to the UAE and Turkey. These were new destinations to me and most of the 32 participants; your assistance throughout the planning and execution was greatly appreciated.
I was impressed that you decided to personally join the group to ensure smooth sailing, as well as with your consistent and thorough communication throughout the planning  process. There were many people, details, and changes involved, and your flexibility was vital to trip. The hotels were lovely and the guides entertaining, knowledgable, and helpful. Our Dubai guide was particularly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with our lost passport emergency.
I would be happy to serve as a personal reference should anyone have questions about our experience in the Middle East.

We made it safely home to DFW last night.  I want to thank you and Has for your help in changing our flights.  Both planes were completely booked, so I know it was not easy to make the arrangements. Your service is always excellent, especially when things get difficult.  This is why I’m always so pleased to use you for our group travel.

On behalf of the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, I want to thank you very much for all the arrangements Millennium Tours made for our UK Study Abroad program. Our program was a resounding success and our students were extremely happy with the program.

In all, our Study Abroad program could not have been better and we want to thank you for all the efforts you put into this program to make it a success. We hope to work with you again in the near future.

The trip was fantastic. The hotel in Edinburgh, London, and Dublin were all in great locations. Students especially liked the hotel in London. As usual, your company provided excellent service.

They are the most professional tour service in the travel industry. The management and staff are friendly, prompt, and thorough. They work hard to secure the best rates while providing excellent accommodations and services. The word integrity defines the company and I recommend them highly without reservations.

I went on mission trips with Houston’s First Baptist Church in 2012 and 2013. I went to Jordan last year and Boston this year. I was very pleased with the excellent service and arrangements provided by Millennium Tours for both of these trips.

Going to South America generally, and to Peru, specifically, I did not know what to expect, and I was a little concerned about local arrangements and logistics, but there was no need to worry because Millennium Tours had this trip planned down to the smallest detail and it all worked. The trip down to Lima on American Airlines went off without a hitch, and we were met at the airport by the local agency Coltur and two of its agents that then transported us to our hotel without a hitch. All of the hotels on this tour were top-notch, well-run, clean, comfortable, convenient and had all the creature comforts of home. The transfers were all very professional and our tour buses were large and comfortable (in spite of a couple of difficult roads in and around Cusco). The guides were very well prepared and wherever we went, they already had tickets to get in wherever we went–there were no delays or disappointments, nothing was closed or inaccessible. This was rather extraordinary because we visited all kinds of places–museums, cathedrals, ancient ruins (Machu Picchu)–and took trains and planes to get where we were going. Every schedule was clear, every step explained, everything worked. I was very impressed by the local organization and the groundwork necessary to make everything turn out so perfectly. Obviously, the local guides had an enormous amount of experience with all aspects of our travels–they had train tickets and got us to the station on time, they understood the logistics of getting a group up to Machu Picchu, where we had an experienced local English-speaking guide, they arranged an interesting experience with the local native people who live on a mountain top at 13,800 feet, they gave us bottles of water everyday to fight dehydration, they made sure we had a good supply of restaurant advice, they took care of our fellow travelers that weren’t feeling well. Our trip was complex, intricate, nuanced, multi-faceted, but the local organization of guides and drivers were more than up to any challenge. I guide groups of students in Spain, so I know when travel agencies are doing it right or not, and Millennium Tours is doing it right. If you want to go to Peru, these people can make it happen. I came away from Peru with a new understanding of that place, of Peruvian culture, of Machu Picchu. And now I can turn around and go back. Bravo!

Millennium Tours gave me the best experience for my travels abroad! They organized my trips to London, Paris, and Rome; I didn’t have to do so much as lift a finger. All of my travel accommodations were made by the company, leaving me solely with the responsibility of hopping on the train or plane to take me to my destination! I highly recommend Millennium Tours to students who are looking for a fun, but well planned experience traveling the world!

I have worked with Millennium Tours for 3 years for a group size averaging 30-50 people. Every time ML Tours has provided exceptional services along with thoughtful surprises. They touch base frequently before, during, and after the trip to ensure its success. Any logistical issues have been handled promptly and most efficiently. Each trip was a success and in budget. I would highly recommend ML Tours.

I have had only A+ service from the professional staff at Millennium Tours! I really appreciate their hard work and dedication to making sure my group trips are well taken care of, which makes my job much easier. Every year we send students to London, Maastricht and St Andrews and no matter the need or my group size, I trust Millennium Tours to make sure our travel needs are met and my expectations are always exceeded! They are simply the best and I look forward to working with them!

Millennium Tours made my first trip abroad stress free and wonderful! I visited London and Paris while in Europe for a month with Baylor University. Paris was a group weekend trip organized by ML Tours, and I am so thankful they were there to help ease our travel. We had no issues going in and out of France and had tons of fun! Millennium Tours had all of the train tickets, museum passes, and hotel accommodations ready to go for our group, which we appreciated immensely! I had the pleasure of writing for the ML Tours blog while traveling, which turned out to be a life-changing experience for me. I was able to document my experiences and read about others who were studying abroad as well. I am thankful for Millennium Tours and their part in the most amazing month I have ever had!
